Runner Update 12.03.2021- Level Complete Screen

I'm back, and this time with my freshly-upgraded PC. Anyway, the scaling's a bit off, but I remade the level complete screen. The end trigger's working again, too! I went for a bit of a Cowboy Bebop-like presentation with the text layout.
